Very disappointed… I have always gone to the 41st store and have gotten haircuts there.. however I stopped at this one because I have a MVP season ticket and the 41st one is temporarily closed (the stylist told me it was permanently closed I really hope that’s not the case!!!). The haircut was okay, the service was okay, what really upset me was I had paid for 3 haircuts in advance for the season ticket and I was told I can’t use the ticket here and the girl was very rude, not BB but the other stylist that told me the 41st store is permanently closed, again especially after visiting this one, I really hope that’s not the case! I love the 41st street sports clips and will not be attending another one

Went in for a light beard trim and Ashley proceeded to cut 3 years of beard growth off now is patchy and can see chin bold spot highly would saygo someplace else
