⭐️ I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Eastside Smiles. On 01/13/2025, I was informed via text message of an appointment scheduled for 01/14/2025, despite having previously arranged an appointment for 01/20/2025. Upon contacting the office to clarify, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff, who mentioned an $80 fee and refused to reschedule my appointment. Following this interaction, on 01/14/2025, I received another text message scheduling an appointment for February 26, 2025. However, on 01/15/2025, I received a letter denying service altogether. This denial of service appears to be a result of Eastside Smiles’ scheduling mistake, not due to any fault on my part. The situation has caused me undue inconvenience and distress, as I require timely dental care and follow-up with my insurance coverage. I also possess messages from Eastside Smiles employer, Alicia, apologizing for the scheduling mistake. I have reviewed similar complaints from other patients and felt compelled to share my experience. I hope Eastside Smiles addresses these issues and improves their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.

I highly recommend Sioux Falls Smiles. Dr. Hruby and his assistant Chelsea were fantastic as were the whole staff that I dealt with. I used to have severe anxiety about dentists. They really helped ease that anxiety. They were patient and very friendly. I found my new dentist.
