I've been a silverstar member for years. You can't expect perfection, and the dryers never dry it all - but they do a great job overall! I appreciate the convenience of their multiple locations and the swiftness of the lines. No complaints here.

Last 8 times I've come thru here, always the same lazy fat guy with a sprayer, not once has he used the brush for the bumpers, windows or the rear window/tailgate... If I was paying $15+ for the wash instead of the membership, I'd be pissed ... Quit being lazy and do quality work!

East 10th street location in Sioux Falls was bad today. I had to go thru twice because there was still mud on the right side of my pickup. Then was told at the prewash that they don’t spray both sides of the vehicle because they can’t cross the center. What?!
