Super disappointed in management at this location and lack of staff or problem solving skills in management. And their general customer service is left majorly lacking! They canceled my appointment last minute then acted like I should have known all the info about why it was canceled even though they didn't share the info with me. They acted like I was a problem for wanting to be fit in as soon as possible. No apology for the last minute notification and acted with a "sorry, but you're the problem" kind of attitude. They tried to put me with someone I had already had a horrible experience with them kept trying to get me to do different services after I was clear multiple times about what I was looking for--an actual massage, not skin treatments or machine tension release. Not sure why I'm paying for a membership. I can't ever get in to an appointment because they don't have staff. And I'm met with excuse after excuse as to why. They take no responsibility and clearly have no interest in running a service based business. Canceling. Awful. Massage envy needs to revamp their management here and plan to provide services they promise to their members.

Really like being able to look at availability online and find appointments that fit my schedule. Relaxing atmosphere and always clean. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to get an appointment if you don't plan to far out but that's just shows others like it too as they are popular place to visit.

Absolutely BEST PEDICURE EVER! They are so nice and attentive. They are fast, Yet they do such a great job. It was like I was walking on clouds. Kim (nail tech who did my pedicure) was so nice and joyful. I will be making this my regular salon spot for good! And yes they are clean and its beautiful in the shop.
