Staff is always 100% focused on customers when they walk in, always feel welcome. When I had my first visit Dr. Jacobs understood that it was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor and made sure to listen to my concerns and current pain. I have continued to see the same doctor and I highly recommend!
I've been seeing Dr. Mark for years. He has helped me through both of my pregnancies and through the newborn/baby phase with my kids. He so patient with all of us and understanding. He throughly will explain why I'm feeling discomfort and then explain why he does what he does. I love all the staff at Great Plains too. They are all so kind and very friendly.
