When I first walked in I was greeted by the person at the counter and helped getting my card because I had signed up online for the membership. He was very nice to me however he didn't offer to show me around the gym or explain how the gym worked with the rules other than if I used a locker I had to take my things home every time. I'm supposed to get a free t-shirt with my black membership however I did not get that yet. I have been to a gym before so I figured out the machines pretty easy and also the massage chairs.
