Visited on Friday, my first time, very nice & friendly staff. Completed the bike workout. It definitely was a good 15-minute work-out, also nice that you can lift weights and do other activities before or after classes. ? I definitely recommend them.
Absolutely love this place. I love the quick workouts , the heat and the 24 hour access. Friendly staff! Highly recommend everyone looking for a new workout or a new challenge check this place out today!
I love being able to bring my son with me to my workouts without paying extra for it. The rewards and monthly challenges are so exciting! I also like the benefits of working out in the infrared sauna and not having to worry about too many people working out at the same time.
