Brand new carpet and our dog was not well. Mr. Burtis asked specific questions to know exactly what he needed to use. So much knowledge was shared about why the products I tried didn’t work. Waited awhile to write this review my carpets had some stains on them that always came back when I had other carpet cleaners. The stains are gone I am extremely happy with them I will definitely use Heavens Best again very friendly and affordable
