I think my before and after pics speak volumes. I went in to have a root touch up and she put strong bleach over ALL of my hair to pull it through to the ends to blend the color. She broke the cuticle and my hair was very very fragile to begin with sort of Like a "chemo patient" was what she said. I'm so devastated! I called three master colorists out of Minneapolis and they all said she should have never put bleach over already bleached and dyed fragile hair. She ruined my hair. I asked for a refund and expressed my complete and total sadness. She shot me back with snippy one liner responses and never sent my money back. Beware of this chick. She is overly confident and has no right to be

This place is fabulous! Very modernly decorated. It's relaxing and generally quiet in the salon. All of my family members get their hair done by Kaitlyn B. And she is wonderful. She has been there for years and really enjoys her job. She can offer advice and I fully trust her to do almost anything she wants with my hair.
