I have been going to Great Plains Dental for a long time and am consistently treated well. The staff are welcoming friendly and helpful. My dentist and hygienist always take the time to answer my questions, ensure I understand my treatment options and are respectful of my schedule.
I am a new patient. They took care of my insurance issues and explained my next steps well. I was greeted immediately, the lobby and patient areas were clean and organized with tvs to watch, my cleaning was thorough but gentle, the dentist took time to know me and they sent me home with all the goodies including whitening strips. I will definitely be back!!
From the second you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles from both the staff and the dentists. Let’s be honest — nobody gets excited to go to the dentist — but Great Plains Dental does a great job making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve never once felt pressured into extra work or upsells. They’ll give suggestions and options, but it always feels helpful, not pushy. Two thumbs up, one big smile, and an easy five stars from me.
