Evolve is the best gym in Sioux Falls for women. I have worked out at many gyms around town and Evolve is officially my "home" gym. It is a supportive, welcoming and comfortable place to workout. You can come how you are. Whether you're younger, older, newer to working out or a veteran in the fitness space - this is the place for you! And the owner Brook - AMAZING!
Absolutely love Evolve! All the trainers are so welcoming and kind. The gym is always clean and I love the classes that are available with membership and of course the fun monthly challenges. Even being an all women’s gym the amount of cardio machines and weights are plenty for all levels of fitness! Plus it’s 24/7
