Absolutely love this gym! They work hard to create a positive, welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for everyone who works out here. It makes such a difference for so many people. I highly recommend it 😊.
I have been a member of Evolve Fitness since 2017 (it was Ultimate Fitness for Women then). Brook and staff have done an excellent job of making women feel comfortable there. The facility is always clean, equipment is kept up to date, and there are a multitude of classes offered. I have always felt comfortable in this gym and would not go anywhere else in Sioux Falls! I am constantly recommending this gym to the women in my life!
Absolutely love that Evolve is a woman’s only-24 hr gym. Regardless of my schedule, I know I can always go workout when I wish, in a safe judgment free zone. After recovering from shoulder surgery, Brenda created a workout to help assist me in gaining my strength and muscle back. Thru months of personal training with Brenda, she pushed me to a whole new level of fitness that I never had before. She is so welcoming and friendly, and she is always ready to help assist members and staff with all their questions and concerns. Regardless of how busy she is, she always will make time for you.
