Our young daughter went to class for the first time tonight and she loved it. Everyone was really kind to her and the teacher was very patient with her. It seems like a very positive environment with good instruction.
Went to the women’s self defense class!! Wonderful experience, with instruction on how to defend yourself in case of an attacker! Highly recommend! Planning to go back and learn more!!
