I recently purchased Karastan carpet from Carpet One in Sioux Falls, taking advantage of a great sale. The sales process was smooth, thanks to Jill, who helped me select the perfect carpet. However, the special order took over four weeks longer than expected due to manufacturing delays. Communication about the delay could have been better, especially since I had scheduled painting and furniture moving around the installation date. Fortunately, I stayed on top of the status, and we were able to adjust the schedule accordingly. Despite the delay, the installation team did an excellent job, and the carpet looks great. We worked with Jill and the process couldn't have been any easier. We were never pressured into buying anything we didnt want or couldn't afford. She gave us great advice and helped us pick out products we are extremely happy with. We will definitely be using carpet one again to finish the rest of our house.
