This realtor and their team is amazing I sold my first house from one and bought another house from the same one. They're all about what you want in a home and aren't pushy at all which I found refreshing. You can't go wrong with this realtor.

Terrible experience with Berkshire Hathaway in Sioux Falls and their agent Jacob Benedict. I was a buyer and was under contract for 8 days and cancelled within the required timeframe. I was provided an unsubstantiated proposal to replace windows. I asked for details multiple times and they were never provided. I cancelled the purchase agreement and they are refusing to return my $5,000 earnest money, I hired an attorney who affirmed they have no right to keep the security deposit because I cancelled within the required timeframe. He wrote a letter to the Seller and the agents and no response. I have been involved in over 35 real estate transactions buying and selling and this by far is the worst. This is a huge disappointment in Berkshire Hathaway who have been involved in 4 other deals of mine in other locations in the last 5 years. Next step is court. I highly encourage you to stay away from any deals involving this Berkshire Hathaway office.
