Avera@Home - Hospice Sioux Falls

The best decision we ever made for the last month of my fathers life. He wanted to be at home & several medical professionals felt it would not be possible. Avera Hospice & Daugherty house said no problem. They empowered us, supported us and had the most caring dedicated staff every step of the way. We are so thankful. My dads last 4 weeks were incredibly peaceful, full of love & support.

Our mother LaVonne had the privilege of being cared for by the Dell Rapids Avera hospice team. Nurses, Jessie and Nikki as well as all of the aides were beyond amazing. We thank you for everything you did to help mom and all of our family! May God bless you in the great work you do! ❤️

Great place. So thankful to have spent the last five days of my grandma's time on earth with her at this beautiful place. Staff was so helpful and comforting through her transition.
