Booked pedicures over the phone for 3 people well over a month in advance since that was their availability. Called today prior to appointment to confirm and apparently was only booked for 1 person and no availability for 3 pedicures as previously scheduled. What a waste of time.

They’re nice and put a lot of effort into their work, but the BOMB gel chipped 2nd day (which they repaired for free) and then a week later they were peeling off completely and chipping. Not very impressed especially because of how much I paid for it. Very upsetting. I thought the BOMB get was supposed to be better, but it was not. Again the people are nice, but the quality wasn’t where I wanted it to be especially after seeing everyone else’s experiences and was pretty let down.Services: Nail repair

I have gotten my nails done here a few times and I am always pleased and they last up to 3 weeks! I was especially impressed with the service I got today! I brought my 3 year old niece in for a "Little Diva" appointment - just regular polish. More about the experience for her than it is about the nails. Her nail tech Tina was WONDERFUL with her. She was very patient with the 3 year old and explained everything while working quickly. She did a fabulous job on my niece's nails and even added a little nail art on one of her nails as a little treat. My niece and I had so much fun! Thank you Tina!Services: Kids' manicures
