The sauna rooms are quiet, clean and relaxing. I really appreciate being able to book and get in on short notice with my busy and unpredictable schedule. Every staff member I have met is kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Have now had 2 seasons at 3 degrees. Loved both of them. Very relaxing and love that you can adjust the lights and the temp of the sauna.
A bit frustrated that mind body allowed me to book on Easter Sunday when they were closed and when I called to get my session back there was no apology or offer to “make this right”. The gal on the phone just said “yes you still have your session. Also wish the benches were longer so they were easier to lay on.
Otherwise , I’m very much enjoying the privacy of the sauna rooms.
I just booked my 4th session. This place is awesome! The sauna sessions have been really good for my health. I feel calm and relaxed after my Sauna sessions. I highly recommend Saunas if you have health goals. You can have your own private room or share with your partner. Relaxing music plays in your booth and a sense of calm comes over you. You can add salt therapy or red light therapy to your Sauna experience. I have tried both. Both offer amazing benefits but I prefer the salt therapy. This place is also affordable which is a necessity in this world. Don’t put off the self care and remember self care is NOT selfish. They also take HSA for payment.
