I don't recommend renting a home from Tim Duda, for whom Tony facilitated a zillow rental listing to me in 2021. Tim has ignored countless phone calls, emails and text messages from me. Tim Duda is impossible to get ahold of and I will never rent from him again. Don't rent from Tony if Tim Duda is involved. (Tony has been no issue, and has been easy to get ahold of)

While we didn't use Tony as our agent for purchasing our home, he was the developer and listing agent for the new build we did end up purchasing. A month before the build was completed, we started working directly with him to finalize finishes and he was fantastic to work with. Always fair, considerate, kind and willing to get everyone on a call to make sure things we're progressing as they should. Even when some items were delayed, as some always are when it comes to new builds, he accommodated us as best as he could and always kept us up to date. He even reconsidered a no-fence clause in the covenants and ended up amending them to allow for fences, allowing us to feel comfortable to move forward with the purchase as we have small children and a small dog. While we are very happy with the realtor we used for our home purchase, if you choose to go with Tony, you're making a fantastic choice!

I was a Realtor in this market for 11 years. Went on to become a Sales Manager at a firm as well as a partner. When it came time to finally purchase a new home I knew just who to call. I called Tony Marshall.
Over the next 4 months Tony's extensive knowledge of this market, his knowledge of the mortgage industry and his 20+ years in the business as a full time Realtor proved we made the right choice!
We were in the midst of what turned out to be a 9 week negotiation on a very unique property that was not mortgage friendly. Once again Tony Marshall came through for us. Combine that with a difficult sale of our former home and we had our hands full.
Somehow Tony was able to keep track of all the pertinent issues, a feat I am yet to fully understand. I always thought of myself as one of the areas best negotiators, until this deal Tony helped us obtain.
