I don't recommend renting a home from Tim Duda, for whom Tony facilitated a zillow rental listing to me in 2021. Tim has ignored countless phone calls, emails and text messages from me. Tim Duda is impossible to get ahold of and I will never rent from him again. Don't rent from Tony if Tim Duda is involved. (Tony has been no issue, and has been easy to get ahold of)
We used Tony to buy for a purchase and a sale. We can't say enough good things about him. From assisting with reviewing purchase inspections to helping us stage and prepare for the sale, he always offered good advice and guidance.
