Recommend Denise for professional hair care accompanied by uplifting conversation! The finished look is better than I expected!

I was at JCPenney salon today. Hannah Nix was my stylist. Let me tell you she is the BOMB. She used her magic wand or as she calls it her color brush to sprinkle the magic pixie dust in my hair or as she calls it highlights 🤷‍♀️ She brings the razzle dazzle to everything she does. I went from shrek to Cinderella. And the manager Sarah goes all over greeting clients and bringing kindness to everyone who walks in. Definitely the place to go.

April is one of the best!! She listened to what I wanted, fixes what was done to my hair on a previous cut and made it look fantastic!!! Not to mention the head massage given when she shampoos. 😩 I about fell asleep! 😴 Plus she keeps the conversation going and over all seems like an amazing person!! Will continue to go to her as long as she’s cutting hair. Jcp salon has a winner 💯💯💯

Hannah is awesome 👌. My hair is very thin and hard to style, but she's done a better job than anyone has in many years. And she's so nice!

Megan B was awesome!! I went in not knowing the language of hair. She went way above and beyond with getting highlights that I wanted, a few hours even. She was energetic, positive, and super knowledgeable about what she was doing and even let me see samples of different toner. I greatly appreciate all of her patience with me and her hard work! Thank you so much Megan!!! I will be coming back.

Brought my mom in to have her hair dyed she just needed a dark color all over to cover her Gray. She left with almost red roots and gray hair all over still. I have tried to contact the salon but nobody has answered or returned my call.

April was awesome. Listened to my ideas and problems I have with my hair. Came up with ideas and shared them with me and it was wonderful feeling like we were figuring it out together instead of being ignored by the hairdresser. She helped me decide what to do and even gave me a 2 week "warranty" to come back for any adjustments I might see after I get home. Wonderful conversation and I felt like she was genuine. She was bubbly, professional, friendly, and has tons of knowledge. Going to miss her when I have to leave.

This is reference to the review from Donovan Sorensen. I am the one that didn’t get what I asked for. I wanted my highlights to look like the picture below but what I got is in the second picture. I even showed the picture to the stylist. I called and said something and was told the manager would call me back today (Monday) but no call. I just want it to be made right as I paid over $250 to not even notice a difference. This is really a disappointment and if it can’t be made right, I would never recommend this Salon to anyone.

I was charged for clipper cut but wasn’t offered the wash that I paid for at the end. Wife was overcharged for things she didn’t request and her highlights she asked for didn’t show. I wouldn’t recommend this place if they can’t even color your hair right or charge the correct amount. Paid over 260 just for the wife’s hair to look the same. Daughter was also overcharged for her highlights, but hers did turn out good.
