Today was my first yoga experience. This was an eye opening experience! My wife and I will be looking forward to this every week. Karen is a great instructor and is really engaging and willing to help new comers. Very welcoming community and highly recommend. I will be making this a weekly routine for sure! Breathing techniques combined with stretching equals heat results.

I'm new to town. The studio owner/teacher is so welcoming! Clean space with a little lounge area. Lots of props available. Mats and things for sale. Very professional. Overall good energy, aesthetic, and experienced teachers.
