Shauna is the absolute best. She understood exactly what our goals were and kept the whole process on track. Her expertise really shines through and her level of professionalism is unmatched. We took a risk in buying before selling mainly because we knew she could get what we needed done. Our house sold in less than a week thanks to her team. Highly recommend her and her team!
We were so blessed to have had Shauna Sheets and her team working with us to sell our home. She and her team are exceptional…from helping us decide on a realistic selling price, to frequent communication regarding the current market and our status, to navigating the inspection results and closing, to celebrating the finalization of our sale with us. The professionalism and genuine caring from this team, Shauna and Kara in particular, were far above five prior home sales we have experienced. We cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you, Shauna and your Kahler team! Bob and Marilyn
Working with Shauna Sheets and her Kahler Realty team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Shauna’s knowledge of real estate laws and processes gave us complete confidence throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. She is incredibly responsive, professional, and dedicated — truly available whenever we needed her. Even when complexities arose, she handled everything calmly and expertly, making a stressful situation feel manageable.
