We felt very well taken care of by Julie. She was always available and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of while searching for our new home. She helped with finding a mortgage broker, and also recommended a very good home inspection company that was very thorough. We found a perfect home within our budget with her help, and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Black Hills area.

Julie was great to work with. We moved to the Rapid City area from across the country so having somebody familiar with the area who did a lot of the legwork for us and helped us consider things we never would have thought of was so helpful. Julie was a treat to work with and set us up with our dream first home, I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home in the Rapid City area!
