Had a problem on the weekend that needed attention. Called Jesse at ServiceMaster and said it cost a lot for after hours service but if it could wait until Monday he could do it first thing. Called him Monday morning and he was here within one hour. He corrected our problem, was very friendly and professional. He is now our go to man and highly recommend him for carpet cleaning or any concerns you have in that area

We had 2 back to back incidents in the same week, 1. an entire floor at our hotel in Hill City was flooded due to a sprinkler pipe break 2. sewage back up in our house basement in Rapid City. On a Sunday afternoon while no one was available in town I reached out to service masters and Jesse was an absolute savior. He was prompt in his response, he showed up in an hour's time with him team and stayed really late to ensure the properties were taken care of the right way.
