I was broken down in the Badlands. My insurance company was no help with finding a tow truck driver. I was afraid I’d be calling everywhere. Rapid Towing was the first place I called. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Josh showed up from Rapid in less than an hour and a half (fast considering where I was). He was quick, professional, and courteous. It took 3 mechanics before we could find one that would take us, but Josh kept a good attitude through it all. I would highly recommend using these guys.
I had to cancel an appointment with another company because they were over 30 minutes late. The dispatcher was courteous and helpful and able to get me on schedule a few hours later, on Sturgis Rally Friday! Awesome! Joshua was early to my appointment with a great attitude. He had my car loaded in 10 minutes and beat me to my destination! Then he graciously helped push the car into my garage! Outstanding! The whole thing was done in 30 minutes. I was so impressed. I will definitely rely on Rapid Towing in the future. Thanks Rapid Towing!
