Olson towed me from the side of the highway in the middle of a Sunday night. Super professional and took great care with my rig. And then pointed me toward a fantastic mechanic in Rapid. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
Our rental car shelled its transmission 2 hours east of Rapid City, SD. Donald was tasked with getting us a replacement car from Enterprise and transporting it back to us on a flatbed truck. Donald took excellent care of us - making sure that our replacement car had enough space for all of our luggage, sending us pictures, etc. Anyway, he went above and beyond and we appreciate it!
I called for assistance and they responded immediately. Within 20 minutes, Lee was out to assist me. He was Incredibly helpful! He made sure I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this company!
