Flat tire on an icy and cold I-90 near New Underwood. AAA sent Olson’s towing and Rick arrived within about 35 minutes. Rick was awesome and was very conscious to put our safety first. He was great to work with in every way. I appreciate the fast service and the great customer care!
On a road trip Illinois bound from California, our battery died at the Belvidere east bound rest stop. Unfamiliar to the area we are VERY VERY appreciative of Scott from Olson Towing in SD. Decided to stop for the night at the rest stop outside of the badlands. Overnight my battery died and I needed a jump. Long story short Olson Towing was responsive and got to me in a half hour. Scott was a friendly man and I recommend calling them in the future!!
