I need a tow at least once a year, due to my many projects, offroading, and large number of vehicles.
I use my roadside assistance for towing coverage, so I don’t ever get to choose the company that is selected to handle my tow.
Thankfully, due to random dumb luck, Shane from Rapid Towing has been assigned to me 3 times in a row now, and it’s always a great experience.
I went into a ditch up in the hills, and ended up 4ft deep in a 10ft deep snow drift along a road that was completely covered in slick ice. So much so, that it was like a skating rink and just pulled the tow truck back towards my vehicle.

Gotta say, their driver Chris seems like a pretty stand up dude! Calm, cool, collected, and professional under pressure. When I saw this particular driver doing a tow, he was hooking up a black F-150. There was a loaded semi and 3 vehicles waiting for him to move his truck while he was hooking up and he made sure to get everything hooked up to the point he could get out of the way of traffic and finish tying the truck down on the side of the road. Very friendly guy, professional quality. Would definitely recommend Chris if you are in a pinch!!
When I was on my way home from running an errand, my front passenger side wheel came off due to the stud bolts shearing off, so my car had to be towed with no front passenger side wheel. This is no easy task but Chris made it look like he does this every time he's called out. His confidence, skills, and ingenuity put my mind at ease as I watched it be pulled up onto the bed with no incidents. Chris had a great attitude that was very much appreciated in a stressful situation, and the dispatcher who took my call was very helpful and pleasant as well! Rapid Towing will always be my first and only call for towing services from this point forward.
