Rapid City VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic

Went here on 6/16/2025, while I was on a motorcycle trip. I was having issues, they took the time to help me and give me what I needed. They called an ambulance for me. The staff was awesome in my time of need.

Went to the walk-in clinic today expecting at least a 40 minute wait. I waited maybe 15 minutes; total care didn’t take 2 hours which included seeing the nurse, doctor, x-rays, a Covid shot, and receiving a prescription. I was thoroughly impressed with the wonderful care I received! This may not always be the norm but I truly appreciate all the VA does for us veterans!

Recently went in for a new patient visit and we were pleasantly surprised with how attentive and kind everyone was. We truly felt that they care about the needs of the patient. We have not yet received any treatment here, but the people we met put us at ease and took time with us to discuss things and answer any questions. So far they have exceeded our expectations and we appreciate the kindness and attentiveness.
