Went in after testing positive for COVID while traveling far from home. They took me in without an appointment, and just 45-minutes later I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my free, government provided, Paxlovid prescription. The nurses and the doctor were all very nice and very thorough. Overall, the experience was quite good, especially given that I had COVID and no one ever made me feel like I was a worry to them. Since it was my first experience with COVID, I expected to be treated like a leper, but that didn't happen. It was a much more relaxed event, for which I'm quite thankful. I'm feeling better every day too.

Had endoscopy done, everything went smoothly until needed to get prior authorization for drug doctor wanted me put on. I gave them phone numbers to get prior authorization, but refused to do it that way would rather do way that takes longer. Probably last time will use their services, team was great until it wasn't!

Staff are friendly. However if you're coming here for anything at all be prepared to wait an atrociously lengthy amount of time. We were here and waited in excess of an hour and a half. I'd go somewhere else.
