Customer SERVICE is alive and well. To put it lightly I was in a jam. Up the proverbial creek with out a paddle and Logan was willing to come to my rescue on his own time and did an incredible job for me. It was just before 5 last Wednesday afternoon and I was heading to the hills for a long weekend getaway when I was stranded with a broken leaf spring on my trailer. I was 5 hours from home when a friend back home called MainLine and put me in touch with Logan right at closing time. On his own time Logan met me where I had broken down and helped me develop a plan to save my weekend. All these folks took time on their day off to host a bunch of families and the kids had the time of their lives riding and "operating" all those construction vehicles! Thanks Mainline!! You're the best!!
