Had a very excellent process from beginning to end with this company. Dave, the sales manager, walked me through all the different options, and while I was not here to see the technicians put the system in, I was very pleased with the follow up services…Dave helped with rebates and sent over a tech to provide a tutorial. They were very communicative about the expectations when the system would arrive, and any timeline changes.
David came to our home and had 6 different options prepared for us to look over for a complete new heating and A/C system. Other companies only presented us one option. We knew we wanted to use them right away and get a top rated Lennox system. Daniel was our main installer and was very professional and courteous. His work was top notch ( I’m very picky ). They did everything to make sure we were 100 % satisfied with the job. We would highly recommend using them if you need a new A/C or heating system.
