Being new to the area, I have tried several nail salons and none have been as inviting, clean or relaxing as Polished. From the time I called to make the appointment to when I arrived, everyone was so friendly. Lisa gave me the best pedicure and I will definitely be back!
I've been coming here several times now, and every time I make sure to book with Hannah. She is absolutely incredible at what she does—her pedicures are consistently flawless, and she always makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Hannah is truly an asset to your team, and her attention to detail and professionalism never go unnoticed. Highly recommend!
Polished is excellent! Lisa is an incredible artist, she’s kind, patient, and very flexible. I will be going to her as long as I live in Rapid City. I would give more stars if I could.
