Called about getting a broken window glass repaired, they replied with an excessively high quote, stating they would only replace the whole window. What's crooked business model is this!

The sales person was so knowledgeable and gave us a clear vision of the installation. The installation team was very professional and installed the bottom 8 windows in a day! The windows with low e are amazing! The team perfectly matched the trim to the rest of our house! Now I can’t wait to plan the remainder of our renovation!

After the hail storm in August 2025, I contacted Curtis at Pella and he came out to the house. He was informative and professional. The customer service was great when we hit a snag, they were quick to get it resolved with efficiency and again professionalism. Hands down the Pella product is excellent, 3rd home with them and never any problems.

I had an excellent experience with Pella Windows and Doors of Rapid City. I replaced 16 windows and one door. From Curtis in sales, to Josh in installation to Meghan in the office, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My new windows are fantastic! They look great and operate smoothly. If I ever need new windows or doors again I will go straight to Pella.

Living in Willow Brook my windows were recently replaced by Heartland Pella Windows & Doors. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns in effort to please us. The came out and replaced all upstairs and downstairs windows, trimming the interior and exterior. The young men they sent out did a great job and were fast and efficient. The Pella window are great and we are very pleased with everything.
