The sales person was so knowledgeable and gave us a clear vision of the installation. The installation team was very professional and installed the bottom 8 windows in a day! The windows with low e are amazing! The team perfectly matched the trim to the rest of our house! Now I can’t wait to plan the remainder of our renovation!
After the hail storm in August 2025, I contacted Curtis at Pella and he came out to the house. He was informative and professional. The customer service was great when we hit a snag, they were quick to get it resolved with efficiency and again professionalism. Hands down the Pella product is excellent, 3rd home with them and never any problems.
