Living in Willow Brook my windows were recently replaced by Heartland Pella Windows & Doors. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns in effort to please us. The came out and replaced all upstairs and downstairs windows, trimming the interior and exterior. The young men they sent out did a great job and were fast and efficient. The Pella window are great and we are very pleased with everything.

The new Pella windows we just installed are great! The windows in our home were original from 1979 and we needed an upgrade. Best part was a noticeable drop in the heating and cooling bill. Pella has a LOCAL Customer service line. They worked with me to diagnose and solve a warranty related issue! I would work with Pella in the future

Changing my 1 star to 4. I had a horrible experience with customer service but after main office got back to me they handled everything with professionalism and went far beyond. Thank you.
