I've had a million massages in my life. Today's massage with Sean was the very best! From the first minute he found the perfect spots. He used perfect pressure. When there was a spot that needed to 'pop', he didn't give up. He made my whole body relaxed and poison free. Thank you Sean!!!! (And Mary the owner is on top of things). I'm so grateful.
I needed a massage because I was getting tight from over-running, and was pleasantly surprised I was able to get a same day appointment. I arrived late but my therapist, Geoff, was gracious. Most amazing massage and stretch! Perfect pressure, extremely collaborative and very knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Geoff.
100% recommend Geoff Beck! I had a shoulder injury around 5 years ago and had pain, compromised mobility and reduced strength. It was also really affecting my neck and the positions that I could sleep in were limited. I had seen doctors and a chiropractor with no resolution - the best they could offer was periodic injections to reduce the pain. I thought I would just have to live with the 'damage' forever. Geoff has an amazing philosophy and he is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive. He honed in on the source of the problem and fully addressed it.
