As a Realtor, there is sometimes a concern when a buyer brings “their” lender connection to a purchase transaction. In this case the buyer had done business with Joseph Blake and team, in the past and everything processed as planned. Emails and phone calls are answered promptly, figures provide on time and the closing took place as agreed in the contract.
