I feel terrible! My daughter cut her finger really bad and we couldn't get the bleeding to stop so we arrived at this facility at 655 pm. They were supposed to close at 7, but they let us in and jumped right in on taking care of her wound. The staff was incredibly kind and so accommodating. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes; they took great care of my daughter and got her bandaged up in no time. So very grateful they allowed us to come in five minutes before closing.
I went to Monument Urgent Care on Jackson Street. The receptionist was very professional. I didn’t wait long to be taken back to the examination room. The nurse was very pleasant and thoughtful! I was treated by a P.A. Paige Donahue. She was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything to me in laymen’s terms.She was outstanding and made me feel very at ease. I recommend them highly!
Great care! They were busy, but once I was seen, the staff took the time to understand and address my symptoms. I made an online appointment only to find out once I got there that they don't do appointments .
