Was an excellent experience. Every step of getting a physical for Pilots License was completed with Professionalism. The process, the paperwork requirements, were seamless and the Physical thoroughness was met with highest standards.Thanks to the staff and expertise of Dr Storch, DO.Got in on time and no long waits through out!!
I had trouble getting info from my phone to Monument's staff for a routine physical and drug screening, but the receptionist got everything we needed very easily and made the appointment sail through smoothly. I think her name is Jordan, but she's a rock star!
Super easy, fast. Front desk checked me in, and i was back within 5 minutes to see the nurse. Ladies were lovely and gave me copies of everything i needed without me even having to ask!
