I called a few weeks ago as a hail Mary attempt to save my couch. Long story short, I got back a brand new couch that was in terrible condition from an ex boyfriend. It smelled awful and I couldn't afford to get it cleaned at the time. I gave them a call and a very sweet woman called me back. I don't remember her name but she and her husband gave me some great tips to try and get it cleaned up. I am so forever grateful to Menkins carpet cleaning and upholstery. Without them, I'm not sure I would have been able to salvage my couch. Thankfully it's in great shape now! I will always remember this! ❤️

I’ve had this company clean my carpets a few times and getting ready to schedule again. They are reasonably priced and do a great job on my carpets. They protect my furniture and work around my schedule. Super friendly and top notch service.

Merlin and Tammy work together and are just an adorable couple who do a magnificant job. We've used them annually over the pas 25 years.They are a tireless couple who are just the best at what they do.Personally, we feel they never charge enough. As usual I over-paid them and encourage them to have a nice dinner on us.We have known and lived near them for the entire time they have done our carpet cleaning.You can tell quite a bit about how hard they work simply looking at their immaculate home.

Menken's is the best carpet cleaners we have ever used, and was expecting the price to much higher, they did a fantastic job on 2 rooms and cleaned a small fabric bench. They were excellent to communicate with, Tammi called to set up the appointment, they were on time and let us know 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Very fast and efficient, took great care with my house and furniture. They put up guards around the corners of my walls so that the hoses wouldn't damage the edges of my walls while they were working.
