Had my thermocouple supposedly changed last year by another company but it failed as today (1/9/26) had to have it changed again. Loyal was so professional and knowledgeable. made sure I was aware to have my boiler cleaned annually and that pet hair can be a fire hazard (which yes I knew and that I try to sweep around my boiler - hard to prevent a cat from going near it).
Brandon Cortez is very knowledgeable as a plumbing Tehnician. He explained everything to us in detail. Also very professional. We will deffently have him back again. Highly recommend him. Patsy Nygaard
Two techs came today Steve and I think the plumber was Drew. Unfortunately I’m not sure about if I picked the right picture. They were excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. I know who we will call for our next service needs. Very very pleased and would highly recommend this company and employees!
