Custom built PC started to bluescreen after a few months of working perfectly. Problems continued to persist after multiple attempts of fixing it at home. Finally mustered up the courage to ask for professional help, and I am so glad I called Jerry. I called some time around noon, and accepted my PC even though I gave the vaguest explanation of what was wrong with it. He was able to get to work right away. My computer was ready to be picked up 3 hours after it was dropped off, and it works perfectly again. He gave me a few helpful guidelines to keep it from having those issues again and even gave me a system upgrade when reinstalling Windows 11. Very friendly and helpful.... read full review

I can’t recommend Jerry enough. Super knowledgeable, his prices were more than fair, and the turnaround time was amazing. I had my computer back and running better than ever before I even expected it. It’s nice to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and speed like that. If you have a computer problem Jerry is the guy to call! This is the second time Jerry has helped me with a PC problem. This time my computer was giving me intermittent problems and he talked me thru some steps to try. Then my computer was just not working. Took it to Jerry and he diagnosed I needed to replace it, he gave me options. I purchased a new PC from Jerry and he migrated all my information from my old PC to new PC. He also included many perks at a great price! Thanks Jerry!
