I had an external hard drive crash on me. Jerry was exceedingly helpful and shared so much knowledge to help me learn more about the technology I’m using. He put in 8 hours of work to do everything possible to salvage my data. While it was damaged beyond recovery I will definitely be returning to Jerry with any future computer issues.
