The team at Computer Village is the BEST! I spilled coffee on my MacBook and called them. Bryan (who I worked with) was kind, patient, and reassuring. I dropped my computer off, paid the diagnostic fee, and went home. Within a few hours Bryan called and said my computer was fixed! I was shocked and relieved as I’m web designer/copywriter so my MacBook is essential to my livelihood. I asked what I owed and he said, the fix was simple so the diagnostics fee covered it. My iPhone battery catastrophically failed. I thought I was going to loose everything and need a new phone. I brought it to Computer Village to take a look at it. They were honest and upfront with what could be wrong. The got it in right away and with in 24 hours it was back in my hands and working like it was new.

The cost of the repair was reasonable, and way cheeper than a new phone would be. Thanks Computer Village. I’ll be back if my phone needs repairs again.

My MacBook was not charging. The computer is covered under an Apple Care plan, so I found Computer Village as an authorized repair center. Before telling me to bring my computer in, potentially shutting my work down for 3-5 repair days, the gentleman on the phone walked me through a way to see if he could fix it without bringing it in. It worked! Saved me the hour + drive both ways and the potential downtime of not having my computer! I'd trust them 100% to fix anything that required a physical repair!
