We had a small leak under a bathroom sink that my wife and I didn't think was very concerning. I called up Nate and Rob to see if they could come take a look, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Using their equipment, they were able to determine that the water had spread through underlayment, but did not penetrate down through the subfloor. They set up some floor-drying mats and you could instantly see water coming up through the grout. It was pretty cool to watch, actually.

I was more than pleased with the outcome of my home after DryDocs came to fix some mold issues I was having. Mold is not something you want to have to worry about in your home and after having them explain the process and remediate my crawlspace I feel 100% safe in my home. From meeting with Nate and Rob initially and throughout the entire process they were extremely knowledgeable about this type of work. They also kept me updated while they were doing this work. I was also appreciative of how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule and get the work done. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing this type of service. Very professional and helpful. They’ve been here twice now to help us and have done everything they can to solve our problems. They use countless instruments for testing which gives a high confidence level in what they’re saying. They have a reputable referral network for anything they can’t do. Also, they just seem like good people.
