I have used the DDL since 2008. As a single mom back then I felt safe and had no issues taking my daughter with me. Now that daughter is grown and living on her own, and she drives all the way across town because it still feels safe.

I am just here for the annual rally and needed one load of laundry done. I was greeted by “Barb” when I came in around 10 AM. She was clearly quite busy but despite that, very pleasant and happy to be of help. I was shocked when she offered to do the laundry for me and said she would have it done before 4:45 PM!! I anxiously accepted her offer because it meant more Black Hills riding time. I arrived around 5:50 PM to pick up and as promised it was ready with my name on it nicely folded in a bag smelling fresh. I’m so happy with this service I will make sure I come back during every rally as it helps me with what I have to wash when I return from vacation!!… read full review
I run 11 short term rentals at my campground and drop our laundry off at dew drop. Michelle and all her employees are all very nice and get the laundry done quickly and efficiently. Have not had any issues.
