Parkway Laundromat is a clean and tidy place to do laundry. Customers should be aware that the card readers place a $10 hold on accounts for each swipe, so using coins is recommended. Some of the newer washers only offer cold water, despite displaying a warm setting. While the staff are present, they may not always be helpful in addressing issues with the machines.
Ms Michelle (attendant at Park way)... has always aspired.. going above and beyond.. helping those that are in need.. also the dryers compared to most than those in Rapid City.. I would recommend this laundromat above all.. seeing is believing 🌹
I been comming to parkway for some years now and this place is always kept up , the staff here are pretty chill and friendly!!! The prices are great and the washers and dryers always work!!!! 2 ?’s up in my book!!!!!
Overall this is a decent spot to get some laundry done. It would've been nice to have a warning on the price hold of the card readers. For every swipe on the machines, washers and dryers, your account gets a $10 hold. So putting $1 in the dryer will hit your account for $40 until the charge adjusts. (It's best to just use coins).
