My Dr., whom I've seen for about 15 years, is very knowledgeable and thorough. I never feel like I'm being rushed through. I know my personal input will be given significant consideration with my treatment plan. This is the way medical care should be.
Decent clinic for general family primary care. Front office staff needs to possibly take some customer service training and learn to appreciate their customers more. Doctors seem a bit inexperienced and learning. Any serious conditions or concerns you might want to consult a specialist somewhere else. But overall a nice asset to have in Rapid City.
I have been taking my family to Creekside for the last 7 years. The whole family loves Dr. Phillips, and his amazing nurse, Danielle. Together they make such an amazing team by providing excellent care to my family. I truly cannot say enough about the both of them. They really go above and beyond what would be expected of medical providers.The clinic is beautiful, with a warm and homey feel. The front desk staff has changed over the years, but have always been kind and accommodating. I especially love their current front office team. A very fun and personable, yet professional group of people.
