Took my broken here and they were very kind and sympathetic for my problems. They helped me find another replacement for a very reasonable price and even helped me get the silly stickers off of my old laptop, which was completely unnecessary but an act that was so kind and I still cherish. I highly recommend going to them for any computer needs.
I am one of those people who own a laptop, but have very little experience with one. I now depend on it to make a living. Jim figured out how to fix the error message that locked me out and even took the time to explain and answer questions without making me feel inferior because I'm not tech savvy. That in itself was a great experience that came with a reasonable price. The name of this business "Computer Repair with Therapy" is very fitting. I left this establishment feeling so much better than I did when I arrived. Thanks Jim!
