Definitely would recommend Christian Morrison if you are looking for a realtor in South Dakota, wether for buying, selling or investing. He has made our buying process very easy. Between finding amazing deals for us and walking us through everything step by step it couldn’t of gone more smooth. He helped us buy our first home in Rapid City while we were out of state. Of course we wanted to feel comfortable buying sight unseen and he did everything possible to help, zoom calls (multiple times) showing the home several times to our friends in the area and keeping fantastic communication the whole time. He also helped us through the process of getting a home built in Rapid, this was a long and dreadful process but we wouldn’t of been able to do it without Christians help.
