I’ve seen chiropractors before for a recurring hip misalignment that irritates my sciatic nerve. Usually, some heat, a short massage, and a hip adjustment fix the issue right away. Unfortunately, my experience here was completely different.
After explaining to Dr.Kevin what usually works for me, I was told we’d be “starting from the top.” The he adjusted my neck and upper back (even though I had no pain there) and then made a very clumsy attempt to adjust my lower back. He never addressed my hip, despite my request, and instead suggested coming in three times a week for four weeks at $40 per visit.
I left the appointment still in pain, with my sciatic nerve flaring worse than before and new discomfort in my lower back that kept me from sleeping all weekend. I went to a different chiropractor on Monday who listened, treated my hip directly, and immediately relieved the sciatic pain — but my lower back was still so irritated I ended up needing to see a doctor.
Going to a chiropractor, you expect to leave feeling better, not worse. That was not the case here. I left with my original problem unresolved and a new one added. It felt more like a push for repeat visits than genuine care or attention to my actual issue. I would not recommend this practice if you’re looking for someone to truly listen and address your specific concern.

I must give a Amazing shout out DR. KEVIN! Not only did I meet him at the pumpkin festival. He was out there telling and showing people about how much chiropractic care can help you! Ive gone twice now and Im amazed in how much better I truly feel. Great job. DR. KEVIN! Your amazing! Thanks so much!!

Kevin Cook is an amazing Chriopactor! If your neck or back is pinching your vagus nerve, he can get it released so your body can function properly! What was seen in the past as potential neuropathy is now gone after he works on my neck & back.

Dr. Kevin is intuitive professional and fast. He does a thorough analysis and makes adjustments efficiently. You can get in and out and back to your day quickly. He will answer questions in a way that makes sense to you. Super friendly staff answers the phone and calls you back. Check in and insurance is a breeze. They have all made a big difference in my life. I was pretty hopeless when I started, and now I am sure I will be able to work another decade or more!

I had one of the best theraputic massages today with the Massage Therapist Allie. She listened so well and really addressed my problem areas perfectly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I definitely look forward to working with Allie again. I would highly recommend her for any massage!

Awful experience, was told when I called in to make the appointment my insurance was accepted, drove all the way there, and was assured once again by the front desk that my insurance was accepted just to be told 5 minutes later that is was not, front desk woman (short dark hair) was rude, argumentative and taunting if you want to waste a lot of time and be treated poorly, this is the place to go

I see Dr. Jamie and he is very professional and kind. After I get an adjustment, I am always leaving, feeling better than we I went in. They always always have time for a walk in adjustment if I did something silly. They also have a kids' room to do adjustment on children or for kids to play while a parent get adjusted.
