Kia has been out to fix various plumbing issues: replace shower and kitchen faucets, replace garbage disposal, repair toilet, repair bursted pipe on sprinkler system. Every time he has been quick to respond and is very competent and professional. The kitchen faucet was rusted on but he worked diligently and creatively to get it off. Everything looks and works great! I will definitely keep Black Flag Plumbing as my go to plumber. Highly recommend!!

This is my first time using this company and it was worth it. They really worked to get things taken care of. I went through Home Serve so I can't quote how much I paid but they were professional and I didn't feel like they were just taking the easy way out.

Great customer service. Plumber (John) and assistant (Casey) were on-time and very professional. They replaced our washer and dryer water hoses. Both appliances had to be moved from a pedestal; lots of heavy lifting.
